The Great EscapistsThe Great Escapists

I spent the first ten years of my life living in Bogota and came to England at the age of 10 where I have lived since. I think it's fair to say that I am a mixture of languages and cultures and I easily tune in into both, which has made for a pretty colourful life, on and off stage!

I trained at Drama Studio London, having previously completed a BA honours degree in Drama & Theatre Studies and French, and a PGCE in Drama.

Recent roles include playing Detective in Richard Hammond's 'Amazon Prime series 'The Great Escapists', and Carmella in 'Choose or Die' a Netflix horror film directed by Toby Meakins.

I am co-founder of Pimpinella Productions, a Brighton-based theatre company. We've had four shows in the Brighton Fringe, including 'El Hound de los Baskervilles', a comedy adaptation of Conan Doyles' classic in which I play Olga-Lucia a newly arrived Colombian woman with the arduous task of staging this well known Sherlock Holmes tale to save the reputation of the Colombian theatre company she has performed with for 15 years. In Pimpinella's second production 'Radio Foreplay', I played Jane Gargley - a larger than life, outspoken and very posh English radio presenter.

Other theatre roles include: Juliet in 'Romeo and Juliet', Christine in 'My Sister in this House', Aline in Ibsen's 'The Master Builder' and Viola in 'Twelfth Night'. I work regularly as a voiceover artist in both English and Spanish.

Singing is my other passion and am a member of a jazz/bossanova duo and trio - Bossalove and Jazztastique - with whom I gig regularly in Sussex, UK.
